Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic process that as it unfolds, it allows you to reach a heightened state of relaxed awareness. It is designed to be a catalyst in breaking patterns, whereby rapid change can occur.
Through encouragement and support, my clients discover their ability to live from their highest level of potential.
In this state of relaxed heightened awareness you remember everything, however, you have the ability to make positive changes in your thought process. As this happens many memories, long stored tensions and anxiety can be released.

You learn to access the Higher Self which allows for a much easier and quicker response as a deep sense of personal and spiritual freedom takes over.
